Meeting minutes for July 10, 2014; 11AM
Members present: Peggy Lowell, Lynn Harhay; by telephone- Libby Westie, Director; absent – Janet Mullins
Old Business
- Reorganization of Board: reorganization was not attempted because of absences
- Director’s report
- ‘Materials’ policy: Lynn will send policy to Libby for review before the next meeting
- Roof: the roof was repaired and the bill was paid
- ‘Behavior’ policy: the policy was not addressed
- Book sale: a new date of July 19 was set for the sale based on the Town-wide tag sale date
- Summer reading: guest Laurie Burns will present a program on butterflies next week; Libby is looking for a ‘rock hound’ for the next program; all programs are being advertised
- Additional hours: adding the extra summer hours with Kelli is working well
New Business
- Attic repairs: there was a brief discussion about the pipe in the attic that needs to be fixed and a repair of the ceiling
- Next meeting: August 21; 4PM
